We now have a limited supply of Publicly Funded Arexvy (RSV) vaccine.
If you are 75 years or older, you qualify for this publicly funded vaccine.
Appointments are only given when the vaccine is available.

Doctors are currently scheduling appointments 4 to 8 weeks in advance. Please make sure to book your follow-up appointment before leaving the office. The appointments available online are the same as those you can book by calling the office.
ABUSE AND HARASSMENT POLICY
Our office has a strict zero-tolerance policy for any abusive or disrespectful behavior directed towards our staff, colleagues, or patients, whether in person or over the phone. Any instance of abuse or harassment, including verbal or physical actions, may lead to immediate dismissal from the practice and termination of the patient-physician relationship.
MISSED APPOINTMENT/NO SHOW
Effective June 1, 2024, there will be a fee if you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. If you are late for your appointment, you may be charged a no-show fee and will need to reschedule.
